Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient condition, progress, and response to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident outcomes
• Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at the facility at all times; wear a photo badge while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact eligibility)
• Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility setting
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or be able to present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer; additional doses may be required where mandated by law
• Must provide valid state or federal issued identification upon arrival to the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or agency staffing capacity
• Familiarity with LTC/SNF documentation and care planning processes
