Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnoses, care issues, and appropriate interventions
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans to promote patient health and safety
• Coordinate care delivery across disciplines, collaborating with patients, families, and the broader healthcare team
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise and delegate duties to assigned nursing staff using professional judgment and critical thinking
• Provide health education and information to patients, families, and treatment team members

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
• Minimum of two years of recent experience in the field
• EPIC electronic health records experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Background in perioperative, PACU, or endoscopy nursing
• Experience in an outpatient procedure unit setting
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience
