Job Title

Travel RN – Cardiac Cath Lab / EP

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Expected schedule of 4×10 or 5×8-hour shifts with late stays and on-call rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab setting with patient ratios of 1:1 to 2:1
• Perform EP lab duties including circulating, scrubbing, and monitoring (minimum of two skills required for EP)
• Assist with and support procedures including TAVR, Watchman, PCI, peripheral interventions, Impella, and intra-aortic balloon pump
• Operate and document using unit equipment such as GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, Volcano, IVUS, Angiojet, and Penumbra systems
• Document patient care accurately using Mac Lab and Meditech documentation systems
• Float as needed to the holding area, EP lab, or other areas within scope of practice

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN State License (or compact license eligible)
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of Cardiac Cath Lab experience
• Proficiency in at least two of the following EP skills: circulating, scrubbing, or monitoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with advanced procedures such as TAVR, Watchman, and Impella support
• Familiarity with GE fluoroscopy, Mac Lab, Acist, IVUS, Angiojet, or Penumbra equipment
• Prior travel nursing experience in a Cath Lab or EP setting
