Physical Therapist – Acute

Location

Buffalo, WY | Acute Care / Inpatient & Outpatient Rehab

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Onsite | 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) or 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 6:00 PM with one-hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Evaluate patients of all ages and develop individualized, custom care plans in collaboration with the broader medical team
• Deliver one-on-one therapy appointments each visit across inpatient and outpatient populations
• Collaborate with occupational and speech therapists to support comprehensive rehabilitation goals
• Maintain active Physical Therapist licensure in the State of Wyoming throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the State of Wyoming
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued through the American Heart Association
• New graduate candidates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior acute care experience
• Inpatient and/or outpatient rehab experience in a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Specialty certifications or varied clinical backgrounds in physical therapy
