Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate treatment goals and interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Complete onboarding orientation modules onsite as required at the start of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Texas PT license or compact license — license must be in hand at time of submittal; pending license accepted
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience
• Must not reside in the following Texas counties at time of submittal: Henderson, Anderson, Cherokee, Rusk, Panola, Smith, Gregg, Van Zandt, Wood, Upshur, Camp, Hopkins, Franklin, Titus, or Morris
• Previous employees of the facility must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler
• All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal

Preferred Experience / Skills

• First-time travelers are welcome — this unit accepts candidates without prior travel experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills in a clinical setting
