Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital environment
• Deliver care across multiple settings including inpatient, outpatient, home health, and nursing home
• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of diagnoses in a rural healthcare setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and functional outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact State
• BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
• Ability to practice across diverse care settings within a single facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in acute, outpatient, home health, or skilled nursing environments
• Comfort working in a rural or critical access hospital setting
• New graduates are welcome to apply
