Job Title

Travel Registered Nurse – Telemetry

Location

Lone Tree, CO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a 33-bed Telemetry unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Manage IV drips, administer medications, and perform and interpret EKGs
• Care for patients requiring chest tubes and devices such as pacemakers
• Operate within a night shift team consisting of one charge nurse and floor RNs; no patient care technicians on shift
• Document patient care accurately using the facility’s EMR system (Meditech/CPN)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care Telemetry experience in a hospital setting
• Active RN license valid in the state of Colorado (or compact eligibility)
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of overall RN experience

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience with Meditech EMR
• NIH Stroke Scale certification or familiarity
• Experience working in large trauma or high-acuity facilities
