Travel Cath Lab Tech

Location

Kansas City, MO | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Expected 40 hours/week plus on-call (PRN)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with cardiac catheterization lab procedures including LHC, RHC, Watchman, TAVR, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon Pump
• Operate and utilize lab equipment including GE Fluoro, Phillips and Boston Scientific IVUS, FFR, and Impella devices
• Document patient care and procedural information accurately using Meditech and Merge Charting systems
• Maintain procedural patient ratios and support safe, high-quality patient care throughout all cath lab procedures
• Participate in on-call responsibilities as needed (PRN)
• Adhere to required dress code of surgical scrubs at all times while on unit

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Cath Lab experience required
• Active ACLS and BLS certifications required
• RCIS or ARRT certification required
• Experience with TAVR, Watchman, Impella, ECMO, and Balloon Pump procedures

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
• Experience with IVUS and FFR imaging modalities
• Comfort working in a high-acuity, procedural cardiac environment with advanced device support
