Job Title

Registered Nurse – Methadone Clinic

Location

Danvers, MA | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Tuesday–Friday, 2.5 hours per day (6:00 AM–8:30 AM or 7:00 AM–9:30 AM) | Expected 72 hours biweekly (on-call hours not included)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer methadone doses to patients with Opioid Use Disorder using onsite dispensing pumps in an outpatient treatment setting
• Safely manage medication administration and monitor patient response and effectiveness
• Provide skilled, high-quality nursing care to adult patients under the direction and supervision of the OTP Nurse Manager
• Perform direct and indirect patient care duties in collaboration with other clinical staff
• Document patient care activities using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of consistent methadone dosing experience required
• Experience working with adult patients diagnosed with Opioid Use Disorder

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Full-time methadone dosing experience preferred
• Familiarity with outpatient treatment program (OTP) workflows and protocols
• Experience with Epic EMR
