Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Monitor and document patient conditions, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical staff
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient care plans
- Maintain valid state LPN/LVN licensure and adhere to all facility compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN or LVN license in the state of Maine
- COVID-19 vaccination required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer
- Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
- Local candidates only
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
