Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery / OB Emergency Department

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Labor & Delivery / OB Emergency Department unit with a 1:3 patient ratio
• Perform and assist with procedures including SVD, cerclages, C-sections, and TOLAC
• Operate and monitor specialized equipment including Novii, JADA, Fetal Pillow, IUPC, FSE, Toco, and ultrasound
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech/CPN EMR system
• Collaborate with charge nurses and unit staff across day and night shifts to ensure safe, high-quality care
• Maintain EFM, ACLS, BLS, NRP, and SVE competency standards throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
• Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) competency required
• SVE competency and C-section circulation experience required
• Minimum 2 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience
• Intermediate fetal monitoring skills required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Internal monitor placement competency
• Previous experience in a Level IV or high-volume Labor & Delivery unit
• Prior experience with Meditech/CPN EMR
