Physical Therapist – Acute Care

Key Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services within a Critical Access Hospital setting
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions across a mixed inpatient and outpatient caseload
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• May provide Home Health and Pediatric therapy services for candidates with applicable experience

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the State of Missouri or a Compact State
• BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
• Ability to work across inpatient and outpatient care settings
• New graduates are welcome to apply

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in Home Health therapy services
• Experience working with Pediatric patient populations
• Prior experience in a rural or Critical Access Hospital environment
