Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel Contract

Location

Salinas, CA | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Preference for Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients within a large, dynamic skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Complete clinical documentation in Net Health in accordance with facility standards
• Position may require occasional floatation to a nearby sister facility within walking distance

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License (or license in process under the 60-Day Rule)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Familiarity with Net Health documentation platform
