Job Title

Travel: Physical Therapist (5×8’s – Days)

Rensselaer, IN | Outpatient

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 physical therapy treatment sessions to patients presenting with orthopedic, neurological, and general debility conditions
• Utilize therapeutic equipment including ultrasound, electrical stimulation (E-stim), and Lite Gait systems as appropriate to patient care plans
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently using the Epic EMR system
• Float between outpatient locations as needed to meet patient demand
• Complete required facility-based competency assessments and EMR training upon arrival

Required Qualifications

• Active Indiana Physical Therapist state license (or eligibility)
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics
• Team-oriented and flexible approach to patient care and scheduling

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in outpatient settings with a generalist background
• Exposure to neurological rehabilitation, balance disorders, and pain management
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
• Comfort working across multiple outpatient clinic locations
