Contract | Days (5×8 Hours, 8:00–17:00) | Tuesday–Saturday or Wednesday–Sunday | Onsite/Field

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a home health setting across an assigned territory
• Complete patient visits with timely documentation and communication as mandatory requirements
• Perform and document OASIS assessments in accordance with home health standards
• Travel between patient homes using personal transportation; mileage reimbursed at IRS Standard rate
• Participate in on-call rotation as required (details discussed during interview)
• Complete orientation modules, which are billable and conducted during orientation

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist license required at time of submission (pending CA license accepted if application has been submitted prior to submission)
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Active, valid driver’s license and personal transportation required
• OASIS experience required
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health experience
• Local candidates are welcome and will be considered at travel rates

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior home health experience strongly preferred; candidates without home health experience may be considered
• California license already in hand preferred
• Familiarity with home health compliance checklists and documentation workflows
