Key Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy treatment to a diverse patient population in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to support patient-centered care plans
• Assist patients in regaining functional independence through evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions
• Contribute to a positive, high-energy rehab department culture

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license valid in the state of California
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and helping patients achieve independence

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or post-acute care setting
• Experience working with a diverse patient population across varying acuity levels
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume rehab environment
