Key Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients across the lifespan
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions addressing behavioral health concerns such as depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders
• Collaborate with primary care providers, nurses, and other behavioral health professionals to ensure coordinated, whole-person care
• Support the mental and emotional well-being of individuals, families, and communities within a rural healthcare setting
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• Active LISW license in the state of Iowa
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to serving underserved and rural populations

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health or social work setting
• Experience working in rural or medically underserved communities
