Job Title

Travel RN – BMT / Oncology ICU (Night Shift)

Dallas, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Rotating Weekends | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total care for critically ill patients in a 10-bed Oncology ICU setting with a 2:1 patient ratio
• Titrate drips and manage patients on ventilators, BiPAP, CRRT, A-lines, and IV pumps
• Perform dressing changes, trach care, and patient repositioning as part of comprehensive critical care
• Document and manage patient care using Meditech EMR
• Float as needed to all ICUs, PCU, and BMT units
• Report at 1845 and clock in/out for lunch per unit guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in Texas (or compact eligibility)
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of strong ICU experience
• Demonstrated experience titrating drips and caring for ventilated patients
• Experience managing BiPAP patients

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CRRT experience
• Transplant experience (Kidney, Pancreas, or Liver)
• Compassionate bedside manner with strong rapport-building skills with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
