Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday | No Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatment services to residents under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Ability to work a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care environment
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations and related treatment approaches
