Job Title
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Montesano, WA
Schedule / Job Type
Contract (15 Weeks) | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification (NBCOT) required
- Active Washington State Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required to be presented at the facility
- Expected 35 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
