Key Responsibilities
- Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff and hospital operations during overnight shifts
- Serve as the primary administrative and clinical resource for all departments during night hours
- Coordinate patient care activities, staffing assignments, and resource allocation across units
- Respond to and manage clinical emergencies, escalating as appropriate
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active California RN License required
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification required
- PALS certification required
- Proof of negative TB screening within 12 months of contract start date
Preferred Experience / Skills
- NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification preferred
- Prior experience in a house supervisor or charge nurse leadership role
