Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a float pool capacity, supporting multiple units based on staffing needs
- Deliver medical-surgical nursing care in alignment with facility protocols and standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care
- Adapt quickly to varying unit environments and patient populations as assigned
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license valid in the state of Indiana (or compact license)
- Medical-surgical nursing experience
- Ability to float to multiple units as directed by facility management
- Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit setting
- Strong adaptability and ability to acclimate quickly to new clinical environments
