Full-Time | Direct Hire | Onsite | Days | Monday–Friday with Weekend Rotation

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a variety of diagnoses including CVAs, cardiac conditions, hip fractures, hip and knee replacements, and post-acute deconditioning
• Provide speech-language pathology services to skilled nursing and long-term care residents experiencing general decline
• Deliver rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing and memory care environment
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in a weekend rotation as part of the standard schedule

Required Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Tennessee or eligibility to obtain
• Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred or required
• Ability to treat a broad range of diagnoses in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or post-acute rehabilitation setting
• Experience treating CVA, cardiac, and orthopedic patient populations
• Familiarity with memory care patient populations
