Contract | 13 Weeks | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Tuesday Start
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to neonatal patients in an intensive care unit setting
- Monitor and assess the condition of critically ill newborns, adjusting care plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Texas or compact licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of NICU experience
- Current BLS certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience in a NICU setting
- Familiarity with neonatal ventilator management and advanced monitoring equipment
- Strong communication and adaptability skills in fast-paced clinical environments
