Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Contract (9 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in accordance with facility policies
• Work every weekend as part of the regular schedule
• Adhere to all facility protocols including wearing a state or federal issued photo ID badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in good standing
• Must be local to the area — local candidates only are eligible for this assignment
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
• Must provide a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary care team
• Strong communication and documentation skills
