PreOp / PACU / Pre-Post Cath and Procedural RN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide preoperative nursing care to prepare patients for surgical and procedural interventions
• Recover adult and pediatric patients in the PACU setting following surgery or procedures
• Care for pre- and post-cardiac catheterization patients
• Support a broad range of procedural cases including Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Plastics, Endoscopy, and Ophthalmology
• Participate in on-call rotations and holiday coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• PALS certification required
• Proficiency in recovering both adult and pediatric patients
• Must be flexible with scheduling, including call and holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience across multiple surgical specialties including Orthopedics, ENT, Urology, GYN, and Ophthalmology
• Prior experience in a PreOp, PACU, or cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-acuity perioperative environment
