Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Deliver skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient outcomes
• Maintain valid state-issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of Maine
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
