Contract (7 Weeks) | Night Shift | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Maintain and present valid state or federal issued photo identification at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact equivalent
- COVID-19 vaccination (original or updated series) required, or documented religious/medical exemption from employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
- Must be a local candidate to be eligible for this assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
- Familiarity with night shift workflows in a residential care setting
- Strong documentation and electronic health record skills
