Job Title

Travel RN – High Risk OB (Nights)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Night Shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3 weekend shifts per schedule | Projected Start: August 31, 2026

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care on a 25-bed High Risk OB unit with variable patient ratios (1:1 through 6:1) depending on acuity
• Circulate C-sections and support vaginal deliveries and bereavement care
• Manage and monitor patients on magnesium drips and other high-risk antepartum therapies
• Document patient care using Connect and Expanse electronic health record systems
• Collaborate with charge nurses and unit secretaries each shift; float to OBED, Mother Baby, and Labor and Delivery as needed
• Adhere to dress code requirements: navy blue, seal blue, or grey scrubs

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in High Risk OB or related specialty
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, and AWHONN
• Demonstrated experience with labor and delivery, high-risk antepartum care, and C-section circulation
• Experience with magnesium drip administration and monitoring
• GYN experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a High Risk OB or Women’s and Children’s setting
• Familiarity with Connect and/or Expanse documentation systems
• Experience with bereavement care in an obstetric setting
