Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA

Contract (9 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite | Every Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire LNA license or Temporary LNA designation required
• Must be available to work every weekend as part of the scheduled assignment
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility
• Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or provide a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
• Additional vaccine doses may be required where mandated by law
• ASAP start availability required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Strong attendance record and demonstrated reliability in previous assignments
