RN Unit Manager – Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing

Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Unit Manager overseeing a 40-bed Long-Term Care / Skilled Nursing unit
- Supervise and coordinate nursing staff to ensure delivery of quality resident care
- Monitor and assess resident conditions, care plans, and clinical outcomes
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and care standards
- Maintain valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on assignment
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maine or compact eligibility
- Experience in a Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
- Prior unit management or supervisory nursing experience
- Must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine series, or present a documented religious and/or medical exemption from employer
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience managing a skilled nursing or LTC unit of similar size
- Familiarity with state and federal long-term care regulations and survey processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and care coordination skills
