Contract (13 Weeks) | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend | Every Other Holiday
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the appropriate clinical team members
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in accordance with facility policies
- Support a safe and clean patient environment by following infection control and safety protocols
Required Qualifications
- Active and valid CNA certification in the state of Missouri
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
- Availability every other weekend and every other holiday
- Expected 36 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
