Job Title
Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN)
Location
Las Vegas, NM | Residential Treatment Center
Schedule / Job Type
Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Wednesday through Saturday | Includes one 4-hour shift on Wednesdays (times may vary)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct psychiatric nursing care to patients in a residential treatment setting
- Monitor and assess patient status throughout overnight shifts
- Support patients through detoxification and rehabilitation programming
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Must have Detox and Rehabilitation experience
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a personal vehicle
- Must be available to arrive prior to start date to complete New Mexico state fingerprinting requirements
- Must be available for a clinical interview; candidates should submit interview availability upon application
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a residential treatment or behavioral health setting
- Familiarity with New Mexico state licensing and compliance requirements
- Experience working in a newly opening or startup clinical environment
