Job Title

Occupational Therapist (OT) – Pediatrics

Salina, KS | Outpatient / Infant Child Development Program

Full-Time | Days | Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients primarily ages 0–3 years enrolled in an Infant Child Development (ICD) program
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify delays or deficits in activities of daily living (including play), neuromuscular, sensory-integrative, cognitive, or psychosocial abilities
• Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient and family
• Deliver family education, consultation, and support throughout the course of treatment
• Coordinate discharge and transition planning for patients and families within the ICD program
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy (required)
• Active Kansas Occupational Therapy License (required)
• Valid Kansas Driver’s License (required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross (must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• One or more years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy
• Familiarity with early intervention programs or infant/toddler developmental services
• Experience working with families in an educational or consultative capacity
