Registered Nurse (RN) – Neuro Interventional Radiology

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Neuro Interventional Radiology setting
• Perform nursing assessments and monitor patients before, during, and after procedures
• Administer and monitor procedural sedation in accordance with facility protocols
• Participate in on-call rotation as required by the department
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Sedation experience required
• Valid driver’s license required at time of submittal
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• Candidates currently employed (full-time, part-time, or PRN) at any facility associated with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health are not eligible
• Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care departments; compliance is required as a condition of the contract
• Candidates must pass an open-book skills assessment with a score of 90% or higher during orientation to remain on assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in interventional radiology or a procedural nursing environment
• Familiarity with neuro-related procedures and patient populations
