Registered Nurse – Rehabilitation

Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting during night shift hours
• Monitor, assess, and document patient progress throughout each shift
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehabilitation teams to support patient recovery goals
• Participate in holiday rotation and work every other weekend as required
• Complete required facility onboarding modules prior to start date

Required Qualifications

• Active, permanent RN license in hand at time of submission — temporary licenses are not accepted
• BLS certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute rehabilitation experience
• Must reside at least 75 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working night shifts in a high-acuity rehabilitation environment
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and documentation standards
