Job Title

Registered Nurse – Labor and Delivery

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3×12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within a Labor and Delivery unit on night shift
• Participate in on-call coverage, including one 12-hour call shift per schedule
• Float within the facility and within scope of practice as needed
• Adhere to all unit protocols, holiday scheduling expectations, and compliance timelines
• Complete required orientation modules and specialty-specific training during the onboarding period

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
• Ability to complete all core compliance items and labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• All compliance documents must be submitted by the Tuesday prior to start date
• All requested time off (max 7 days per contract) must be finalized at time of submission — no schedule requests will be accepted post-offer or onsite, including during orientation week
• Local candidates are welcome and accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience welcomed; first-time travelers are also considered
• Flexibility to work major holidays as required by assignment period
• Strong adaptability and ability to float within facility scope of practice
