Contract | 13-Week Assignment | Days | 5×8 or 4×10 Hours (7:00–17:30) | 2 Weekend Shifts per Month Required | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a 46-bed inpatient rehabilitation setting
• Support patient care needs across a facility that includes a 10-bed LTACH/ICU unit
• Document patient progress and treatment plans using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend coverage, with 2 weekend shifts required per month
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to meet facility and patient care needs

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska PT License or Compact PT License required (pending license accepted)
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1 year of physical therapy experience; first-time travelers accepted
• Must maintain a permanent address at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• All requested time off must be submitted at the time of offer; time off is approved on an individual basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation or LTACH/ICU setting
• Familiarity with Epic charting system
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, multi-unit clinical environment
