Schedule / Job Type

Full-Time | Contract | Onsite | Evening Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM) | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain electrical, battery, and mechanical equipment (burnisher, auto scrubber, rotary scrubber, vacuum cleaner, etc.) in safe working condition
• Comply with established policies and procedures regarding Infection Control, Right to Know, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements for protection against exposure to blood, potentially infectious body fluids, chemicals, radiation, and other hazardous substances
• Incorporate safety into all aspects of work, including proper use of wet floor signs, response to emergency pages, correct body mechanics, and proper chemical usage and dispensing
• Maintain assigned areas in a clean and sanitary condition for patients, residents, guests, visitors, and staff — including cleaning beds, restrooms, furniture, and fixtures, refilling supplies, and promptly removing trash and linen
• Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner

Required Qualifications

• No minimum education requirement
• No licensure or certifications required
• No minimum prior experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous hospital or healthcare housekeeping experience
