Contract | Days | 5×8-Hour Shifts (7:00–15:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services within a short-term acute care hospital setting across multiple inpatient units
• Float between units as needed to support patient care demands
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions for an inpatient population
• Document patient progress and clinical notes using Epic electronic health records
• Participate in weekend coverage on a fluctuating basis (approximately 2–4 weekends per month)
• Commit to working 3 of 5 designated holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license requiredMinimum 1 year of inpatient acute care hospital experience required — this is a hard-stop requirement
• Must be available for block scheduling as required by the facility
• Must submit all time-off requests and scheduling needs upfront at the time of submission; post-offer requests may not be considered
• Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible as a standard traveler (locals may be considered under separate terms)
• Two professional references covering at least 1 year of experience within the last 3 years required prior to start
