Job Title

Cath Lab Tech / 12 Hour Variable

Location

Rapid City, SD | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | Shift Times: 0600–1630 | Weekend rotation expected (every other or every third weekend) | On-call coverage includes 24-hour call two weekends per month and nightly call 1–2 times per week | Holiday rotation expected

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and assist with a range of open and closed endovascular procedures including TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, TAVR, TMVR, aortoiliac femoral femoral angiogram, and femoral bypass in a hybrid OR setting
• Operate and support Siemens and Philips X-ray and hemodynamic systems during procedures
• Float within the Cath Lab to assist with peripheral and structural procedures as needed
• Utilize EPIC EMR, Baxter IV pumps, and Omnicell medication dispensing systems
• May be expected to precept students during the assignment
• Maintain active ARRT (or equivalent) or RCIS certification, along with current BLS and ACLS

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a procedure area (Cath Lab or equivalent)
• ARRT (or equivalent) OR RCIS certification required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Associate of Science (AS) Degree required
• Demonstrated experience with endovascular procedures; candidates without experience in the listed procedures will not be considered
• Must reside at least 100 miles away from any facility location to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience performing cases in a Hybrid OR setting
• EVAR experience strongly preferred
• Background in either Cath Lab or Interventional Radiology with specialization in endovascular cases
• Flexibility and willingness to learn in a collaborative unit culture
