RN – Dialysis

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4–5 days per week, Sundays off | Variable shifts, generally starting at 5:30 AM; some days may run mid-morning to late afternoon depending on patient treatment needs

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to dialysis patients in a clinical setting
• Administer and monitor dialysis treatments, adjusting as needed based on patient response
• Adapt to variable daily schedules to accommodate additional patient treatments as they arise
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN License required
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience in dialysis nursing

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an outpatient or acute dialysis setting
• Ability to manage a variable schedule and adapt to fluctuating patient volumes
