Job Title

MRI Technologist – Travel Contract

Location

Sanford, FL | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Saturday, Sunday, Monday | 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety standards
• Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for radiologist interpretation
• Screen patients for contraindications and ensure proper patient preparation prior to scanning
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate patient care and imaging workflow
• Adhere to all MRI safety guidelines and radiation protection standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2–3 years of MRI Technologist experience required
• ARRT certification (MRI) or equivalent required
• Current state licensure or eligibility to work as an MRI Technologist in Florida
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work a weekend-based schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in an acute care or hospital-based imaging environment
• Familiarity with a high-volume, fast-paced radiology department
• Experience with a broad range of MRI procedures including neurological, musculoskeletal, and cardiovascular imaging
