Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) / Temporary LNA

Contract (14 Weeks) | Days | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
- Weekend availability is required — every weekend is expected
Required Qualifications
- Active Vermont LNA license or Temporary LNA (T-LNA) certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to commit to a 14-week contract assignment
- Must be available to work every weekend as part of the expected schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary care team
