Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Medical North)

Contract | Travel | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 13-Week Assignment | Projected Start: November 2, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care on a 28-bed Medical/Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
- Perform phlebotomy as part of routine patient care duties
- Collaborate with charge nurses, fellow RNs, and patient care technicians across day shift operations
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or through Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
- Telemetry experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Phlebotomy skills required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel nursing experience
- Recent hands-on experience with Meditech EMR
