Job Title

Travel RN – ICU (Night Shift / 13-Week Contract)

Location

Ogden, UT | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Travel | Nights (5:00 PM – 5:30 AM) | 13 Weeks | Expected start November 2026 | Every other weekend required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed ICU setting with a generally 2:1 patient ratio
• Manage and monitor critically ill patients utilizing ventilators, pumps, Swan-Ganz catheters, CRRT, chest tubes, balloon pumps, and Impellas
• Perform and assist with procedures including central line placement, intubation, hemodynamic monitoring, proning, thoracentesis, tracheostomy care, and Train-of-4 monitoring
• Administer and monitor pressure drips, TPN/PPN, Nitric Oxide, hemodialysis, and pacemaker management
• Document accurately using Meditech EMR
• Float to IMC/PCU as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License (must be valid for the state of Utah)
• BLS Certification (required)
• ACLS Certification (required)
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
• Proficiency with hemodynamics, CRRT, ICP/EVD monitoring, and ventilator management
• Pressure drip knowledge required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Meditech charting system
• Familiarity with Nitric Oxide administration and Impella/balloon pump management
• Experience with ICP monitoring, EVD management, and advanced hemodynamic monitoring (Swan-Ganz)
