Travel RN – Telemetry (Night Shift)

Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Full-Time | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a telemetry unit within a 266-bed acute-care hospital
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
• Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical outcomes in the electronic health record
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, accreditation standards, and applicable regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license valid in the state of Florida (or multistate compact license)
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Telemetry nursing experience
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in a telemetry or step-down setting
• Familiarity with cardiac monitoring systems and telemetry equipment
• Experience working in a large, accredited acute-care hospital environment
