Job Title

Registered Nurse – Case Management

Contract | Days | 4×10-Hour Shifts (7:00–17:30) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Perform case management functions within an acute hospital setting, coordinating patient care from admission through discharge
• Utilize Epic electronic health record system for documentation and care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Float within the hospital or to affiliate facilities as needed to meet operational needs
• Work every other weekend, or 4 weekend days within a 4-week schedule
• Be available to work 2 out of 3 major holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s

Required Qualifications

• Active Alaska RN license in hand (pending license candidates may be screened, but an active AK RN license is required for offer)
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Acute care experience required
• Epic electronic health record experience required
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Accredited Case Manager (ACM) certification preferred
• Experience working in a Magnet-designated or Level II Trauma facility
• Familiarity with travel nursing compliance requirements and module-based onboarding
