Contract (13 Weeks) | Mid Shift | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care / skilled nursing facility setting
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with the plan of care
• Monitor and document resident health status, reporting changes to the appropriate clinical team members
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident safety and well-being
• Adhere to all facility policies, infection control protocols, and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of New Hampshire
• COVID-19 vaccination required, or a documented religious and/or medical exemption from your employer; additional doses required where mandated by law
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility environment
• Familiarity with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced care setting
