Job Title

Registered Nurse – Endoscopy / GI Lab

Location

San Antonio, TX | Outpatient Endoscopy Center

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Days | 4x10s, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday with rotating weekday and weekend call

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across procedure rooms and PACU bays within an endoscopy/GI setting
• Maintain a patient ratio of 1 nurse per 2 patients in the PACU
• Perform and support airway management as a core clinical responsibility
• Assist with endoscopy procedures and support the procedural care team
• Float to PACU as needed based on unit demands
• Document patient care accurately using Meditech EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Texas or a compact state
• ACLS certification required
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in airway management
• PACU experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior GI/Endoscopy nursing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR
• Energetic, team-oriented personality well-suited to a fast-paced procedural environment
